Hearth Month Events Benefitting the HEARTest Yard and American Heart Association

In honor of Heart Month, New South Family Medicine is providing opportunities to participate in heart-healthy events with proceeds benefitting The HEARTest Yard, local charity started by Panther player Greg Olsen, and the American Heart Association.

Feb. 9, 12:30-1:30PM: Donation yoga class for kids 5-9 years at Movement, Mindfulness and Me, $30/child.

Feb. 10, 11-12:30pm: Pre-school playgroup with Henry and Shay at Small Hands Big Art for $30/child. Sign up for a 6-week session during February for 10% off and 10% of all proceeds for the month go directly to The HEARTest Yard!

Feb. 14, 6-8pm: KID'S NIGHT OUT at Small Hands Big Art for school aged kids.

Feb. 16, 1-5pm: Dr. Mendelsohn is excited to host the first TRYfest Kingsley in partnership with OrangeTheory Fitness, barre3, and Carolina Yoga! Sign up on Eventbrite $50/person. Not your thing? Join everyone for the post-TRY bash at Carolina Ale House.

Feb. 22, 1-3PM: OrangeTheory 90 minute donation class to benefit the American Heart Association. MONTH LONG AUCTION: The auction on the New South Family Medicine Facebook page includes Botox gift cards, a 30 person BBQ party, an original Allison Saterlee art piece, Small Hands Big Art class passes, Chelsea Charles jewelry, Brixx gift card, Carolina Ale House gift card, Reynolds Orthodontics and MORE.
