David began his law career in the South Carolina Family Courts, where his true passion for creating solutions for families in need became his driving force to do more for our South Carolina communities.
He received his Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law before joining McKinney, Tucker & Lemel in Rock Hill, SC to expand his legal representation skills.
David’s dedication to his craft resulted in developing ground-breaking legal precedence with his co-counselors in South Carolina by trying the first successful same-sex common law marriage alimony case in the state. Currently, David manages his team of five lawyers throughout their seven offices in South Carolina dealing with personal injury, criminal defense, and family law matters.
