Olive’s Mud Puddle

What started as a coffee trailer has grown into a full-service brick-and-mortar café and gathering place, complete with a complete breakfast menu of burritos, bagels, waffles, sandwiches, and their signature chicken salad alongside espresso drinks, drip coffee, and cold brew. They've become a true community hub, partnering with the Tega Cay Run Club for recurring runs that end with a coffee reward.

Haraz Coffee House

PJ's Coffee

This New Orleans-born coffeehouse brought a little Crescent City charm to Fort Mill, opened by husband-and-wife franchisees John-Michael and Megan Johnson, who called New Orleans home for nearly 20 years before returning to their Carolina roots. The standalone shop has a drive-thru, walk-up window, and outdoor patio, serving small-batch roasted coffee made from the top 1% of Arabica beans alongside New Orleans-style beignets and other Southern-inspired flavors.
