Nation Ford High School Brings Two Powerful Musicals to the Stage This Fall
The stage at Nation Ford High School will come alive this fall with two very different and equally meaningful musical productions.
The school’s theatre program will present Finding Your Voice in October, followed by the Broadway hit Come From Away in November. Both productions offer an opportunity for the Fort Mill community to support local students while experiencing live theatre right here in our community.
Finding Your Voice
First up is Finding Your Voice, a heartfelt jukebox musical that follows six students through a transformative high school theatre season.
As they navigate friendship, fear, first love, self-discovery and the search for where they belong, the students discover that finding your voice isn't necessarily about becoming fearless. Instead, it's about having the courage to be seen, to be yourself and to stay in the room when it matters most.
Featuring beloved songs from Broadway favorites, the production celebrates courage, connection and community — themes that are especially meaningful during the high school years.
Performances:
Friday, October 23 at 7 PM
Saturday, October 24 at 3 PM
Saturday, October 24 at 7 PM

Come From Away
In November, Nation Ford will take the stage with Come From Away, the remarkable true story of the 7,000 airline passengers who were stranded in Newfoundland in the days following September 11, 2001.
When the unexpected travelers arrived in their small community, the people of Newfoundland opened their homes and their hearts. Filled with humor, heart and unforgettable music, the Broadway musical tells a story of kindness, compassion and human connection during an extraordinary moment in history.
Rated PG-13, Come From Away is a moving theatrical experience that can be enjoyed by high school students and families alike.
