The Anne Springs Close Greenway is home to a variety of charming venues to accommodate your next event, big or small. You may be most familiar with the Dairy Barn, Amphitheater, and Field Trial Barn, but there are eight other venues you may not know of!

The historic Dairy Barn is a stunning venue with multiple indoor and outdoor areas for various types of use. It’s known for its beautiful patio overlooking green pastures and as an ideal event space for weddings thanks to its spacious bridal suite and groom’s room.
Great for: Weddings, receptions, trade shows, corporate retreats, and company picnics.
What we love: There are several different indoor and outdoor spaces that can serve as multiple functions for your event!

The Field Trial Barn has a laid-back, rustic feel and is gorgeous yet charming with its cozy fire pit, string lights and views of pastoral landscape.
Great for: Weddings, receptions, anniversary or birthday parties, and company picnics.
What we love: You can open the barn doors to allow for easy mingling, views of nature, and to let the breeze in.

The Amphitheater sits in a grove of trees amongst the rolling hills of the Greenway and features a 1,200-square foot stage, complete with theatrical lighting and a sound system.
Great for: Weddings, private parties, and corporate events.
What we love: You need very little décor as the beauty of this venue is within the tree canopy and natural surroundings.
Capacity: 1,000 Standing | 300 Seated | 150 Ceremony lawn/patio
This wooden open-air structure overlooking Lake Haigler provides a casual ambiance, featuring a beautiful hardwood ceiling and stone fireplace.
Great for: Team-building activities, company picnics, birthday parties, and intimate weddings and receptions.
What we love: Picnic tables accommodating 75 guests are already in place, and a separate parking lot is available to bypass possible traffic at the Greenway Gateway.
Capacity: 150 standing | 100 seated
This classic open-air pavilion features a fire pit and lawn space overlooking the 9th hole on the Springfield golf course.
Great for: Weddings, receptions, parties, picnics, team building, corporate outings, and tournaments.
What we love: There's something peaceful about the uninterrupted green of the 9th hole, trees lining the course, and a cozy fire pit that takes any event up a notch.
Capacity: 200 standing | 125 seated | 200 pavilion lawn
Adjacent to the Greenway Gateway, the lawn provides an open, flat green space that’s customizable for any type of event.
Great for:Weddings, receptions, parties, picnics, and retreats.
What we love: With simple landscaping surrounding the lawn, this blank slate allows you to create and decorate as you wish.
Capacity: 200 standing | 150 seating
This outdoor rustic venue overlooking a pond and adjacent pastures features a stone fire pit while horses play in the distance.
Great for: weddings, receptions, parties, picnics, and team building events.
What we love: This casual, laid-back setting captures all aspects of the greenway from the hills, horses, trees, and a place to gather around the fire pit.

Built in 1780, this quaint cabin takes you back to a simpler time. Not only does it make a great backdrop, but the adjacent lawn allows for tented reception, dining, or gathering space.
Great for: ceremonies, speakers and corporate events.
What we love: Your event can take center stage against the simplicity yet rich history of this outdoor venue.

The Domtar Forest Porch is a spacious outdoor patio nestled in nature next to the Greenway Gateway. It boats multiple side porches with seating for your guests to spread out.
Great for: receptions, parties, picnics, and retreats.
What we love: Modern tables and chairs are provided for 100 guests with the option to add more.
Capacity: 150 standing | 100 seating
Located in the heart of Fort Mill, this open concept room allows for mingling while admiring panoramic views of the golf course.
Great for: Weddings, receptions, birthday parties, showers, business meetings, reunions, and workshops.
What we love: Enjoy evening light from the floor-to-ceiling windows or from the rocking chairs situated on the wraparound porch.
Capacity: 130 standing | 100 seated
If you’re looking for more of an out-of-town, overnight experience, Springmaid Mountain makes a perfect retreat just miles from the Blue Ridge Mountains. With onsite cabins, multiple ceremony locations, and options to horseback and wagon ride, this resort is sure to make a memorable experience.
Great for: Weddings, corporate retreats, and family reunions.
