York County restaurants begin dine-in services

On Friday, Governor Henry McMaster announced that restaurants can reopen dine-in services with social distancing guidelines to follow:
50% occupancy max allowed.
Tables must be six to eight feet apart with no more than eight people at a table.
Tables, chairs, doorknobs, etc. need to be sanitized thoroughly.
Condiments cannot be on the table and can only be available on request.
While many restaurants will begin dine-in services, some restaurants have decided to hold off and continue offering takeout and curbside only.
