Valentin Design Co. is a Fort Mill-based full-service residential design firm founded and co-led by husband and wife team, Sharon and Emilio Valentin. Sharon has the eye for design, while Emilio does the heavy lifting, furniture hauling and assembling.
MEET SHARON & EMILIO VALENTIN
Sharon was always interested in graphic design and fashion and constantly found herself reorganizing and redecorating small spaces in her life - her own, as well as for friends and coworkers. Realizing her natural eye for design and with a little push from her friends, Sharon decided to pursue her hobby more seriously and earned her Interior Design degree at the Art Institute in Charlotte. Her experience has enabled her to take a client's idea and navigate and educate them through the process.
Sharon says “Trust is everything! My goal is to have a lifelong client who trusts me to guide them through the process and absolutely falls in love with their space.”
Emilio Valentin has worked in the construction industry with an emphasis on residential and heavy civil for 20+ years. He enjoys woodworking and making furniture pieces. Highly experienced in project management, problem-solving, and 3D modeling, Emilio oversees every project from start to finish alongside Sharon. Together with their shared passions, they strive to create functional timeless designs that are beautiful and inspire.

Valentin Design Co. offers a range of services so whether you're wanting some quick advice or a complete overhaul where you hardly lift a finger, they offer it all.
Color & Design Advice - A consultation followed by a design brief of all ideas discussed.
DIY Design - A consultation followed by floor plans of your space, considerations for the design, inspirational photos, color story, concept boards and a list of next steps. You'll also be given a list of items from retailers/local suppliers and links to online sites to purchase items on your own. Once the design is finalized, a 1-hour meeting will be scheduled to present your project.
Full Service Design - A consultation followed by floor plans of your space, 3D renderings, considerations for the design, inspirational photos, concept boards, and color story. Once the design is complete, a 1-2 hour meeting will be scheduled to present your project. After all revisions are made and you’ve signed off on everything, they will manage your project from start to finish so that you can go about your everyday activities stress free!
E-Design - E-design is interior design services offered online. It's perfect for clients who want design direction and designer expertise, but don’t mind doing a little legwork to prepare, manage, and implement the project themselves.
