BACKGROUND
David was born and raised in Fort Mill and attended Fort Mill High School. He played football at Coastal Carolina, then returned home to be with family and attend Charlotte School of Law. Soon after, he dove into the South Carolina Family Courts and practiced in Rock Hill to expand his legal representation skills.
After having personally been through the family court process, it became his driving force for creating solutions for other families in need. When David's mother passed away in 2018, he opened David W. Martin Law Group in honor of her memory. Having grown up in Fort Mill and returning to raise his family, David works to support the community and see its people succeed.

Why is Fort Mill special to you?
It is home. It is where my whole family is. My grandparents and dad worked in the Springs Mill for decades. I had the opportunity to watch it grow into what it is today. We are three hours from the beach and three hours from the mountains - best city on Earth. People have always been hospitable and caring.

Favorite things to do:
Family time is very important to me. I love hanging out and spending time with my daughters. I also enjoy boating on Lake Wylie, golfing at one of the many beautiful local golf courses, and attending a good concert or tailgate.
