With the growth of Fort Mill comes delicious new restaurants, and we're excited to welcome Bossy Beaulah's to town this summer! See the official press release below:

Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack is pleased to announce it will open its Fort Mill restaurant in a retrofitted auto shop across from Walter Y. Elisha Park this summer. Bossy Beulah’s is currently renovating the former Coleman’s Garage building at 314 N. White Street, bringing their signature “Beaut” fried chicken sandwich combined with retro-inspired design and family-friendly atmosphere to the area.

“We are excited to open our first South Carolina location in the tight-knit community of Fort Mill,” says Jim Noble, owner of Noble Food & Pursuits. “We look forward to being a fixture in Fort Mill and we’re honored to bring the historic Coleman’s Garage building back to life as a gathering space, nestled in between two of Fort Mill’s main attractions: Anne Springs Close Greenway and downtown Main Street.”

Bossy Beulah’s Chicken Shack’s Fort Mill location is 2,300 square feet, offering indoor and outdoor seating for approximately 130 guests. Unique to this location is a partially covered patio, offering outdoor seating in both the shade and sun. Guests will enjoy Bossy Beulah’s coveted Beaut chicken sandwich featuring Joyce Farms chicken breast, Duke’s Mayo, and house made pickles on a Copain Bakery bun,

alongside other menu items such as the Hot Thigh Sandwich, Bossy Salad, Bossy Bites, soft serve ice cream, and more desserts made locally by Copain Bakery. Bossy Beulah’s also serves local craft beer and wine and offers catering.

The specific opening date of Bossy Beulah’s Fort Mill will be announced as construction is completed. Opening day will be celebrated with giveaways including gift cards, apparel and swag, plus five lucky guests will be randomly selected to win free Beaut sandwiches for one year. Upon opening, Bossy Beulah’s will be open seven days a week for both in person and online (pick up and delivery) orders.
