For over two years, Blush & Glow in downtown Fort Mill has been offering organic spray tanning and beauty, skincare, and hair products - all of which are non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty-free!
Before your tanning appointment, Blush & Glow studio owner Katherine Katz, who is a Master Certified Spray Tan artist and educator, will learn about your skincare goals and the look you’re going for. She customizes and uses solution that is suited for your skin type and tone, knowing that there isn't a “one tan for all.”
To help prepare and extend the life of your spay tan, check out the new skincare line Katherine recently launched! It features a Moisturizer, Tan Extender, Tanning Water, and Exfoliating Mitt. She carries a great selection of beauty and hair products, one of which is called Exfoliator. It's her favorite coffee scrub that you can use prior to your spray tan or on weekly basis. Coffee not only helps improve circulation, but with weekly use can help smooth the appearance of scars and stretch marks (yes, please)!
At the end of the day, Katherine's joy comes from this amazing community. Opening during a pandemic had its challenges, but the referrals and support she continues to receive from her clients is uplifting and reassuring. She loves sharing sharing life with you, hearing your stories, and seeing your confidence soar.
Katherine Katz's Background
Katherine was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She then moved to Puerto Rico, where she spent 13 years including her time at university. Her love for all things beauty started at a young age. She began in hair but quickly realized her passion for makeup. Working with MAC and Benefit accelerated her career and now with 30+ years of experience under her belt, she saw the opportunity to open a Fort Mill studio and share her passion with the community.
She has lived in Fort Mill since 2012, and loves the hometown feel, where you feel welcomed, cared for by your neighbors, and supported by local businesses.
When she's not in the studio, you'll find Katherine with her daughter eating at nearby restaurants, shopping local, or traveling to the beach. She also loves getting her burn on with her ISI Fort Mill fit fam!
