Caroline and Cole Smith are the heart behind the Gold Hill location. Caroline’s journey began at a Goddard School in Farragut, TN, and after moving to Fort Mill in 2019, she took on the role of Education Director locally. That role—and her deep belief in the Goddard mission—eventually led Caroline and Cole to become onsite owners in 2020, then officially purchase the Gold Hill location in May of 2022.
Caroline’s passion for early education is matched only by her dedication to creating a nurturing, high-quality space where children can thrive. The moment you step foot inside, Caroline and the entire staff welcome you as if you’re already a part of the Goddard family.
