How Lazy Day Liquors turned the pandemic into a positive

Updated: Apr 29, 2021

When the pandemic hit, Scott Valentine's 9Round Fitness studio in Fort Mill took a hit. He traded in his boxing gloves for a liquor license and transformed his gym into a more pandemic-proof business, Lazy Day Liquors.

The liquor store is located in Stockbridge Commons off of Highway 160 near Tega Cay and is known for its great selection. From local gins and small town vodkas and moonshines, to your favorite Kentucky bourbon and Scottish whisky, you're bound to find your go-to or feel intrigued enough to try something new. Once you have your loot in hand, hop next door to Harris Teeter to get your mixers and garnishes.

WHAT WE LOVE:

  1. They listen to customer requests and offer a member discount program when you simply sign up for their email list (5% off all purchases, first dibs on special bottles, and notified of upcoming sales!)

  2. The staff is knowledgeable about their selection; they'll help you find what you're looking for or can point you in the direction of something similar.

  3. They're friendly and the tropical-themed store is very clean and organized.

Check it out! This neighborhood liquor store will quickly become your trusted source for spirits.
